LearnTITAN™ Education Systems Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

LearnTITAN provides account access support to ensure students are able to access their course materials and lab environments, however we are unable to provide answers to specific training questions (e.g. - when do I power on servers 1 and 3, etc.). For answers to training related questions, please re-review the on-demand course and lab materials for the correct answers to training related questions.

Certificates of completion can only be issued once the student has completed the course (including all labs, assignments, quizzes, tests, and final exams) with an 80% or higher score. Students must complete the entire training to receive a LearnTITAN certificate of completion and be eligible for CEU's.
